Having explored the Hovsgol region since 1999, using local people who were born and raised there, 4th World Adventure offers unparalleled opportunities to experience the nomadic way of life through small group tours or tailor-made trips. Tsaatan Reindeer Herders, who still follow the tradition of living in tepees, will be working with us as guides exploring the mountainous Taiga forest region on the Siberian border, using their reindeer as pack animals. There are around 30 families only living in two groups in the forest on the margins of Mongolian society and economy but they are determined to maintain their identity and way of life. Income generated from explorers will help to sustain and improve their lifestyle.
